Manga's print release launches in Kinokuniya USA with early sale at NYCC from October 9-12

Manga Planet announced on Thursday a print release for Hidebu Takahashi's Psychedelia manga through its futekiya imprint. The initial print release is exclusive to Kinokuniya USA, and pre-orders are open on its online store. Outside the U.S., the manga will also be available. There will be an early sale at the New York Comic Con 2025 event from October 9-12 at the Kinokuniya Bookstore booth.The company describes the story: Takanashi debuted the manga in .Bloom in May 2021. The manga ended in March 2022. The manga's single compiled book volume shipped in Japan in April 2022. Manga Planet released the manga digitally in English.Manga Planet announced on Wednesday that it is closing its digital service on March 31, 2026 due to "various circumstances like recent restrictions from payment processors and the changing online landscape." Manga Planet will shift focus to its print releases through its label and futekiya imprints.Manga Planet had announced in January that payment method provider Stripe would no longer make payments on Manga Planet due to R18 (Restricted 18+) content on the subscription service.
